In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
(Note: If a specific agreement has been signed by the customer for any service then the Cancellation & Refund policy as specified in that agreement will be applicable.)
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or AMC services must be made at least seven business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than seven business days prior to the end of the current service period, will be treated as continuation of services for the next service period and would be treated as cancelled for the subsequent service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund of the advance payment within 30 days from the date of request for cancellation and refund. The final refunds will be made after deducting the applicable Govt Taxes and the Hourly charges (@ INR 1000 per man hour) for the work completed by us. The maximum refund amount after deductions will be as under.
Domain name registration : No refund
Hosting services : up to 90%
Designing Services : up to 80%
All refunds would be made to the client’s bank account through online bank transfer.
